Maureen “Mo” Metcalf is the founder of MCM Consulting Group, where she brings over two decades of leadership experience and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to help businesses, teams, and leaders thrive. Mo specializes in translating the science of human behavior into practical strategies that build trust, strengthen culture, and drive results. Her work is rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose—empowering leaders to create workplaces people never want to leave. Whether through executive coaching, culture audits, or tailored leadership development, she partners with organizations to design efficient, people-centered systems that deliver sustainable impact.

Maureen knows what it means to take bold steps. She leaped out of a 16-year leadership role to bring to life two nonprofit organizations, overseeing both for over a decade while volunteering her expertise to help other leaders, businesses, and nonprofits grow. When it was time to broaden her reach, she intentionally closed one nonprofit and founded MCM Consulting Group. She also launched the Leap Lady Leader Podcast and co-founded Dandelions, Potholes, & Wrinkles and the Sisters on Purpose Podcast with three of her five sisters. When she’s not serving clients or recording episodes, you’ll find her spending time with her spouse of 33 years, their three children and growing families, or soaking up the sun in the mountains or at the lake.
